This Player Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and Timberline Jackpots ("Operator," "We," or "Us"), a licensed lottery operator. By registering an account, accessing the website timberlinejackpots.com (the "Platform"), or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age and Residence

To register an account and participate in games on Timberline Jackpots, you must be:

• At least 19 years of age at the time of registration.
• Physically located within an eligible Canadian province or territory at the time of purchase.
• Not prohibited from gambling due to self-exclusion or legal restrictions.

We strictly prohibit participation by individuals located outside of Canada or in jurisdictions where online lottery is prohibited by law.

1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

We are required by law to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to request proof of identity (e.g., driver's license, passport) and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) Player Account. If we discover that you have opened multiple accounts (including accounts opened under different names or emails to circumvent limits), we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and void all transactions and winnings.

2. Account Funds and Payments

2.1 Deposits

All transactions are conducted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Funds deposited into your Player Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. We do not extend credit for the purchase of lottery tickets.

2.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your "Cash Balance" at any time, subject to our anti-money laundering (AML) checks. Bonus funds or promotional credits are not withdrawable until specific wagering requirements are met. Withdrawals are processed to the original method of payment or via bank transfer.

2.3 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for a period of 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of $5.00 CAD until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

3. Rules of Play

3.1 Ticket Purchase

A lottery ticket is considered "Purchased" only when the transaction is recorded in our central computer system. An email confirmation or screen display is not sufficient proof of purchase if the entry is not logged in our master database.

3.2 Cut-Off Times

Ticket sales for the weekly "Grand Draw" close strictly at 7:30 p.m. (local server time) on the day of the draw. Any purchase attempted after this time will automatically be entered into the following week's draw.

3.3 Game Rules

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the specific Rules of Play for the Timberline Grand Draw, including:

• The requirement to match digits in the exact order drawn.
• The odds of winning as published on the website.
• The outcome is determined by a random mechanical draw or a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), depending on the specific game type.

4. Prizes and Winnings

4.1 Prize Claims

Prizes up to $999.99 are automatically credited to your Player Account. Prizes between $1,000.00 and $9,999.99 require manual verification and may take up to 3 business days to process. Major prizes of $10,000.00 or more require the completion of a Prize Claim Form and additional identity verification.

4.2 Jackpot Rollovers

If the Division 1 prize is not won in a specific draw, the prize pool rolls over to the next draw. Timberline Jackpots reserves the right to cap the jackpot amount or restructure prize divisions with reasonable notice.

4.3 No Warranties

Winning numbers are official only after they have been certified by an independent auditor. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers displayed on the website and the official records of the draw, the official records shall prevail.

5. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to providing a safe gaming environment. You have the option to set Deposit Limits, Loss Limits, and Session Time Limits within your account settings. You may also request a "Self-Exclusion" (from 6 months to 5 years), during which your account will be locked and you will be removed from all marketing lists.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Use of bots, AI software, or automated scripts to purchase tickets.
• Collusion with other players or employees.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or use of stolen financial instruments.
• Abuse of system errors or glitches ("bug exploitation").

7. Limitation of Liability

Timberline Jackpots shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from:

• Technical failures, server interruptions, or internet connectivity issues preventing a ticket purchase.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your password.
• Any force majeure event beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the lottery ticket purchased by you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Timberline Jackpots or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to you via email or a pop-up upon login. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
