2. Account Funds and Payments

2.1 Deposits

All transactions are conducted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Funds deposited into your Player Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. We do not extend credit for the purchase of lottery tickets.

2.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your "Cash Balance" at any time, subject to our anti-money laundering (AML) checks. Bonus funds or promotional credits are not withdrawable until specific wagering requirements are met. Withdrawals are processed to the original method of payment or via bank transfer.

2.3 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for a period of 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of $5.00 CAD until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

A lottery ticket is considered "Purchased" only when the transaction is recorded in our central computer system. An email confirmation or screen display is not sufficient proof of purchase if the entry is not logged in our master database.

Ticket sales for the weekly "Grand Draw" close strictly at 7:30 p.m. (local server time) on the day of the draw. Any purchase attempted after this time will automatically be entered into the following week's draw.

Prizes up to $999.99 are automatically credited to your Player Account. Prizes between $1,000.00 and $9,999.99 require manual verification and may take up to 3 business days to process. Major prizes of $10,000.00 or more require the completion of a Prize Claim Form and additional identity verification.

4.2 Jackpot Rollovers

If the Division 1 prize is not won in a specific draw, the prize pool rolls over to the next draw. Timberline Jackpots reserves the right to cap the jackpot amount or restructure prize divisions with reasonable notice.

4.3 No Warranties

Winning numbers are official only after they have been certified by an independent auditor. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers displayed on the website and the official records of the draw, the official records shall prevail.

We are committed to providing a safe gaming environment. You have the option to set Deposit Limits, Loss Limits, and Session Time Limits within your account settings.
